Jase is an outstanding plumber and communicator. He replaced our toilet and looked after everything. Turned up when he said he would, very reasonable price and just a great person. I wish google had 10 stars to give him. Highly highly recommended

Called Jase to see if he had time fix a toilet seal issue expecting a weeks waiting time [...] I'm not a local and my mother is 88 and blind so I was pleasantly surprised that he fit me in for the following morning. Jase arrived promptly at 8am and completed the job by 9.15. He even cleaned the floor after finishing. [...] his fee was very reasonable whilst being itemized and costed.

Jason provided a very professional and prompt service when rectifying a stormwater blockage for me. He was able to locate and solve the issue with minimal fuss with his state of the art camera, locator and jetting machine. Can highly recommend Jason for all your blockage and plumbing needs

I can't recommend Jason at Create Plumbing and Gasfitting highly enough. I've used him a few times now, and he's been an absolute lifesaver helping out my elderly father in Batemans Bay while I'm based in Canberra. It's honestly such a relief to have found someone who is not only skilled and reliable, but also genuinely kind and considerate. He takes the time to explain things clearly, does the job properly, and most importantly, I trust that he's fair and honest.

Jason at Create Plumbing & Gasfitting has been a breath of fresh air as a tradesman. He has helped us with all of our plumbing needs over the last 6-7 years (we are in Long Beach NSW). He initially helped us deal with some really significant issues with tree roots that were impacting our drains and pipes [...] As well as being on time and always communicating his movements - he took the time to really explain the work he was doing and showed us the underground issues on his cameras. A couple of years ago I asked a plumber whether it would be possible to move some plumbing around to create an ensuite, toilet and bathroom/laundry. A resounding NO was the quick reply. A little later, I asked another plumber. No, you don't want to do that. Too hard, too expensive. I parked my renovation ideas. Until I had the good fortune to find Jase. Anything is possible, he said, with a huge smile. And he meant it. [...] A master of his trade, Jase asks the questions you haven't even thought of asking to ensure delivery of an end product that is truly exceptional.

We were new to the area and Jason was recommended by a few people, and when we built our new home Jason was an important part of that team that made it happen. Building in a Bushfire zone had its logistical nightmares and rules. Jason's experience, calm attitude provided us solutions and a hassle free process from start to finish. [...] If you are planning on building a new home - get Jason in as early as possible. You won't regret it, all round perfectionist at what he does.

Jason from Create Plumbing & Gasfitting fixed major plumbing issues that we'd inherited from the previous owner. We had a long list of items to repair, and in addition, Jason found and fixed the causes of past and potential future leaks, which was a great relief. [...] the old home with rather unorthodox (to put it mildly) past plumbing has been brought up to Code and is now sporting sleek, elegant and, most importantly, legal plumbing work: such peace of mind for its new owners!

We switched out some old equipment at our shop and found out that the fittings were way passed their date. They changed out all our regulators fixed the gas lines to our new grills and had us up and running in no time. While he was here we also needed an electrician so he rang up his mate had him here in 25 minutes [...] These guys are a class act. Five stars isn't enough.

Jason was so lovely. He communicated what time he'd arrive which is such a help. He insisted on removing his boots. He quickly, efficiently and with such a fantastic happy demeanour, fixed my 4(!) plumbing problems. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend. 5 stars hardly seems enough!

The things we really like about Jason/Create Plumbing are: a) he returns phone calls and communicates clearly, b) he provides detailed cost estimates in advance of starting work, c) he thinks carefully to come up with the best way to solve your plumbing problem, d) he does the job when he says he will, and e) he is the neatest and cleanest plumber you'll ever meet.

Jason arrived on time, fixed problem within stated time frame, and charged really reasonable rates. 24 Hours after I noticed my 20 year old water heater was leaking I had a brand new unit installed. He took away the old unit for me and left the site clean, tidy and safe. The next morning (a public holiday no less) he rang to check everything was ok.

He did work at our coastal house so had to enter and exit with a key provided - he demonstrated complete trustworthiness in doing this, completed the work, took photos of work he did and sent them to me (I had not asked for this so was a pleasant surprise), billed professionally and well priced. Even got a follow up call a few months later to check everything was working well. This is unheard of service.
